General Holi safety tips to relish joyous and safe Holi

To relish the joyous and safe HOLI, here are the tips for making your celebration, the most enjoyable fest after your wedding.

  1. Don’t get boisterous and let others rude on you. Play safe for a well behaved holi.

  2. The skin friendly natural colours- like the herbal one are the best choice for the same. Moreover, the natural home made colours prepared days before the Holi can be utilized safely for the same. Your skin and hairs will feel tampered with the use of skin friendly natural products.

  3. Strictly avoid the colours , purchased from the local shops or chemical based one, as these colours are the worst choice and can ruin the entire beauty of your skin. As an alternate, use best quality of colours from reputed shop or vendors.

  4. Avoid Gaudy colours like purple, violet, green, yellow, orange etc, as these colours are synthesized chemically are are extremely irritating fr the skin. Use red and pink, as these can be easily taken off. Moreover, they look elegant and good.

  5. Make sure to protect the most precious- eyes, that the colours donot get enter into them. Eyes are extremely vulnerable on Holi because of their strategic place in the body and also use of more of harmful chemicals now-a-days. make sure protecting your eyes all the times. Use sunglass to protect your eyes from a misfire of colour filled darts or water jets. 

  6. Use  dental caps to save your tips from unwanted stains.

  7. Newly wed brides are still supposed to wear something trendy or celebrating to celebrate the first holi after wedding, but generally Put on your worst clothes so that you won't have to take on the hassles of an immediate washing.

  8. When traveling keep the car windows thoroughly shut, even if you don't have an AC car. Do not bump into the frenzied group of mob if you take to streets. Better you cross the road to the sidewalk across. Or, simply stay at a safe distance.

  9. The trend of throwing Rotten eggs on the head has become very popular now a days., flying missiles from locality buildings are still not too bad, will be smelly yet is a good conditioner for your hair. But tar, shit, Mobil, stones and all the rubbish that you can be hit with is not. Avoid being a prey to hooligans.

  10. Take a bath much later after the entire Holi celebration is over. Taking frequent baths, washing the face again and again, will ruin your skin. You will also lose hair, for too much soap/shampoo has a drying effect. 

  11. Never use permanent dyes to play holi. But if someone has thrown permanent colours, then do not wash your face with soap immediately in order to get rid off it, especially when it is wet. Instead, use good quality cleansing milk for removal. It's better than using soap, which will dry up your skin.
