In the wedding, regardless of the rush and the people visiting, everyone gets lured by the deliciousness of the cuisines there and the crave to eat them. - It’s mandatory to have strong words with the catering supervisor of the banquet regarding the process of picking up of plates. The empty plates, as and when get accumulated, are supposed to be picked up right way. But there need to be a consensus about picking up plates that still have food in them.
- Before picking the plates, the staff must ask from the guests, whether they have finished or not, and in case, the guests are not at the place, but still they have half eaten plate and the fork and knife in the plate, then staff should give it at least 25 minutes before picking up the plate.
- They should also try to communicate with other people at the table and ask about the unattended plate before taking it away.
